Tottenham linked with Marco Boriello transfer move

Marco Boriello's agent Carlo Cavalleri has told reporters that his client has the option of a transfer move to Tottenham in January. The striker has been tipped with a move to North London to help misfiring forward Roberto Soldado.

The 31-year-old is currently on the books of AS Roma, but there has been some talk of a move away from the Serie A side with a move to England the most likely next adventure for the Italian.<br />

The player's agent said: "His profile is very much appreciated in England, as they are looking for players like this. Being here in London I had the chance to talk to various clubs. Tottenham? Yes, they were among them."
