Dani Jarque has insisted that he is ignoring speculation regarding a potential switch to Tottenham and insists he is focused on his job with La Liga side Espanyol.

"It's something normal and happens because things have been going well for me for some time. It is normal that other clubs will look at some players, but I do not give it importance, because I believe they are only rumors," said Jarque.



Jarque is persistently being linked with a move to Tottenham to join his fellow countryman Juande Ramos.
