  • However he is yet to renew his current deal which means he is free to leave the club in the summer.

Speaking to German newspaper Die Welt the 35 year old said,

“In the summer my contract ends, then we will see what will happen,”

“I can imagine many things, I could renew with Lazio or go somewhere else.

“It’s important for me to discuss it with my family, because it is an important decision to make all together.

“I’m grateful that I can still play football and be able to maintain these rhythms, to many at some point it just becomes a chore, for me it is not so and that’s the beauty.”

Klose has scored 36 goals in 86 appearances for the club.
