West Ham United have secured the signature of former Manchester City midfielder Abdur Razak on a short-term contract.
The talented Ivory Coast international joined Anzhi Makhachkala in the summer, following a number of loan spells away from the Citizens in recent seasons.
However, with Anzhi keen on bringing up players from their academy, Abdul Razak was released from the Russian Premier League strugglers.
The Hammers revealed a statement on their official website with the transfer confirmation, which read: "West Ham United are pleased to announce the signing of Ivory Coast international Abdul Razak on a short-term contract,".
Razak has been capped five times by Ivorian national side.
