Australia's World Cup squad have the privilege of being the first team to have arrived in Brazil ahead of the summer tournament.
Australia are widely tipped to be amongst the first teams heading home on a plane back to their home country, but that hasn't stopped them from arriving in South America earlier than everyone else.
On arrival, midfielder Tommy Oar told the media: "We are the underdogs. It will be a good opportunity for the Australian team to surprise, so this is all very exciting. And being in the ‘soccer country’ is an extra motivation, of course."
