Barcelona's Brazilian defender Edmilson has been linked with a move to the Premiership in January. Tottenham, Newcastle, Man City and Liverpool are all looking to swoop for the Barcelona man.
Barca boss Frank Rijkaaard has repeatedly stated his determination to keep the 31-year old Brazilian at the Camp Nou but Edmilson has grown tired of sitting on the bench and wants to leave the club once fully fit.
Edmilson has also stated he will not sign a new deal at the club. Newcastle were said to be very keen on the player before the close of the summer transfer window but for some reason or another that never progressed.
Edmilson is believed to be valued at around the £3m mark by Barcelona.
