Arsenal have reportedly shown interest in securing the services of Chile international Eduardo Vargas from Napoli, as per The Metro.
Vargas joined the Naples outfit in 2012, but has since been shipped out to Gremio and Valencia on loan.
The talented striker had a great outing with the national during the recently concluded World Cup finals in Brazil, and this has alerted interest from a host of clubs in Europe.
According to The Metro, Europa League winners Valencia have held talks over the player's potential return to Spain this summer, but will have to face stiff competition from the Gunners, who are readying an offer for the player.
