Gavin McCann's first goal for Bolton saw them round off their UEFA Cup group games in fine style with a 1-0 win against Red Star Belgrade. Bolton sit pretty at the top of the group in the tournament.
McCann scored from 12 yards on the stroke of half-time to put Gary Megson's Bolton top of the Group.
However, three other teams could yet finish higher than the Trotters, depending on te outcomes of their final round of matches.
Bolton had goalkeeper Ali Al Habsito thank for crucial saves from Joao Nuno Lucas and Ognjen Koroman, and Red Star's Dejan Milovanovic also shot narrowly wide.
Bolton had drawn there three previous Group F matches, so they've completed their programme unbeaten, and with a win that takes their tally to six points.
