The talented midfielder has been one of the stand outs at the Capital outfit this season, and this has attracted interest from top clubs in Europe.
According to The Sun, City are keen on signing up the Serbian international in the summer but they will have to cough up at least £25m for any chance of landing the former Fiorentina winger.
