Manchester United are believed to have made approach to sign Inter Milan goalkeeper Samir Handanovic, The Mail reports.
David de Gea has been in top form for the Red Devils this season, and without him, United could be far apart from the Champions League places.
According to The Mail, United are fearful that they may lose De Gea to Real Madrid this summer, and have made an enquiry for Handanovic.
In addition to this, Handanovic is understood to have delayed contract talks with the Nerazzurri, as he is eager on a switch to a top European club this summer.
