Tottenham are preparing a shock offer for Newcastle United striker Papiss Cisse. The Senegalese forward is set for a move away from St James' Park at the close of this current campaign.
Cisse is said to be frustrated with life on the Newcastle bench and has even toyed with the idea of a return to the Bundesliga. Newcastle coach John Carver has so far preferred other attacking options to Cisse. The striker can reportedly leave for a fee of around 5 million euros in the summer months.
