Manchester City are hoping to seal a summer deal for Wolfsburg midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, according to reports.
The Belgian international has earlier stated of his desire to make a return to the Premier League with a top club other than Chelsea.
It is now widely reported that the talented midfielder has stalled talks over a contract extension at the Wolves, leading to the speculation that City could jump the ship and land his signature during the upcoming transfer window.
Wolfsburg joined the Wolves from Chelsea in 2014.
