Marseille are in talks with Newcastle United over a possible loan move for winger Remy Cabella this summer.

Cabella joined the Magpies from Montpellier last summer, and many expected him to shine in the Premier League.

However, he failed to replicate the form he showed at Montpellier, and is now considered as a bit-part player at Tyneside.

Reports in France cite that Ligue 1 giants Marseille are keen on signing Cabella on a season-long loan, with the prospect of making the deal a permanent one next season.

Cabella scored a single goal in 34 games for the Magpies last season.
