Chelsea look set to beat Manchester United to the services of Brazilian youngster Kenedy, according to reports.
The 19-year-old currently plys his trade for Brazilian giants Fluminense.
The Blues have been tracking the talented striker over the past year, and The Star now claims that the West London giants have agreed a £6.3m fee with Fluminense, with just personal terms yet to be finalised.
Kenedy will be the Blues second signing of the summer, following the arrival of Nathan de Souza from Atletico Paranaense last month.
