Chelsea have completed the signing of teenage sensation Danilo Pantic from Partizan Belgrade, according to Sky Sports News.
The 18-year-old, who can play at either central or left midfield, was regular for the Serbian side in last season's Europe League.
Pantic will link up with Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem on a season-long loan for the upcoming campaign.
"I am very happy to sign for Chelsea, the champions of the English Premier League, and I hope I can show my value at Vitesse in the coming season. I am honoured at the faith both clubs have shown in me." he told the club's official website.
