Former Aston Villa skipper Stiliyan Petrov has admitted that Bulgarian striker Dimitar Berbatov is in talks with the Midlands outfit over a summer switch back to the Premier League.
The 34-year-old is a free-agent following his release from French side AS Monaco at the end of last season.
"There were talks but I cannot reveal anything right now. It's a nervy period for Berbatov, his agent and Villa, and they'll be the first to announce if there's something," Petrov told Metro.
