Manchester City are expected to seal a deal for Belgian international Kevin De Bruyne before their Premier League encounter against Chelsea next week.
De Bruyne was in top form for German side Wolfsburg last term, as he notched 16 goals and 27 assists in all competitions for the club.
Reports in Germany claim that the Citizens are expected to agree a fee of around £45m to sign up the talented playmaker.
Furthermore, De Bruyne could be in line to face against former club Chelsea in the league next Sunday.
The 24-year-old left the Premier League champions for the Wolves in January 2013.
