Senegalese international Papy Djilobodji is keen to prove himself following his deadline day move to Chelsea.
The 26-year-old opted to join Premier League champions for a fee of around £3m, in spite of knowing that his chances in the first team would be limited.
Djilobodji has now revealed that he has not met any of his Blues teammates before his transfer.
However, he is confident of making an immediate impression once he links up with his new club after the international break.
The talented centre-back was left out of the club's Champions League squad for the group stages.
