Arsenal will make a formal approach for Leicester City sensation Riyad Mahrez in the New Year, according to reports.
The Algerian international has had an incredible start to his season with the Foxes having already contributed two assists and four goals in the Premier League.
According to The Express, Mahrez's form has attracted interest from a whole host of clubs in Europe, but the Gunners are currently heading the chase.
The 24-year-old was also linked with a move to the Emirates over the summer, but no enquiries were made regarding his availability.
