The 25-year-old had been tipped to make a switch away from La Rosaleda during the summer as he sought to test himself in a new league.

However, the Spanish side stood firm in their ambition to keep hold of their star player.

According to AS, West Bromwich Albion are seemingly confident that they can land the player's services when the transfer window reopens in early 2016.

Camacho has earned a solitary cap with the Spanish national side.
