French footballer Florian Thauvin is reportedly considering a potential move away from Newcastle United in January, just five months after joining them.

The 22-year-old joined the Magpies from Marseille over the summer, and many expected him to be a permanent fixture in the starting setup.

However, he has struggled to make any significant impact for the Tyneside outfit, and this has forced him to drop to the bench.

According to Mercato365, the talented attacker is open to a move away from St.James Park, should the club decide to offload him in the next transfer window.

Thauvin's current deal expires in the summer of 2020.
