Wolfsburg defender Dante has firmly insisted that he has no desire to join Premier League side Chelsea.
Recent reports had suggested that the Brazilian defender had 'dreams' of playing for the Premier League holders.
However, it was his teenage namesake Abdoul Dante, captain of Mali Under-17's, who had revealed his admiration for the Blues.
"I always dreamed of playing in a World Cup for my country. I would like to play in a big club like Chelsea," Abdoul told FIFA.com
Dante has now cleared the speculation by insisting that he is content at the Wolves, and has no plans of making a switch to Stamford Bridge in the near future.Â
"It's been difficult and confusing for me. I couldn't understand why people were calling me and asking about Chelsea," Dante told reporters.
"I only left Bayern in the summer, I've got a three-year contract with Wolfsburg so I've nothing to look for. I don't know the other Dante but it's his dream, not mine!"
The 32-year-old has made eight appearances for his side this season.
