Manchester City have not given up on their pursuit of Real Madrid star Isco, The Mirror claims.
The Citizens have been long linked with a move for the Spain international, but Real have shown no desire to offload their prized asset.
However, The Mirror cites that the former Premier League champions remain interested in the talented playmaker, and may well make another offer for his services in January.
It is added that City may have competition with league rivals Chelsea and Arsenal also monitoring the player's developments.
Isco is likely to serve a three-game domestic ban after he was sent off for a rash tackle on Neymar in the El Clasico last weekend.
