The Brazil international has been a constant performer for the Blues since his &pound18m switch from Benfica in 2010.

However, his chances with the first-team have been limited this season, and this has led to claims that he may seek a fresh challenge in the near future.

According to The Mail, the Premier League holders look set to make a profit on the midfield enforcer having agreed on a &pound25m fee for his transfer to Jiangsu.

Ramires has made over 240 appearances for the Blues till date.
