Netherlands international Marco van Ginkel has sealed a temporary move to Eredivisie with PSV Eindhoven.

Arsenal want to make four marquee signings this summer

The 23-year-old joins the Dutch champions falling an unsuccessful loan stint with Premier League side Stoke City.

Chelsea are known to have cut short Van Ginkel's Stoke stay in a bid to offer him with regular first-team action in the second half of the season.

Van Ginkel has made just four appearances for the Premier League holders since his switch from Vitesse Arnhem in 2013.
