Former Brazil international Ronaldinho is said to have rebuffed a switch to Leicester City on transfer deadline day.
The 35-year-old has been a free-agent since his departure from Fluminense last September.
According to Spanish source Mundo Deportivo, the Foxes were unable to lure the former Ballon d'Or winner in spite them being at the top of the Premier League standings.
The report adds that the experienced forward is keen on a big-pay deal in the Chinese Super League.
Ronaldinho was part of the Brazilian side that won the 2002 World Cup finals.
