Lazio sign Radu on loan

Dinamo Bucharest's Stefan Radu has joined Lazio on loan until the end of the season. The Romanian centre back was wanted by a host of Italian clubs and Newcastle were reportedly also interested.

Just a few hours after allowing centre back Guglielmo Stendardo to seal a loan move to Serie A rivals Juventus, Biancocelesti have replaced him with Radu.



The 21-year-old defender impressed Lazio’s coaching staff during Dinamo Bucharest’s game with the Italian team in the Champions League preliminary round.
