Wolves are considering a move for Spanish centre back Mikel Santamaria. The 29-year-old is set to join Wolves on loan until the end of the season.
According to reports from Spain, the former Leganes, Albacete, Bilbao Athletic, Alfaro and Osasuna man will pen a 2 and a half year contract at Molineux. Wolves have been chasing the 6 foot 2 centre back for some time.
The defender had been regarded as one of the finest young players in Spain when he was just 21-years-old.
