The semi final of a cup competition is a huge event under any circumstances, but when it is against your biggest rivals, it makes it an even more momentous occasion. One of the biggest rivalries in British football will reignite in April for a cup final place.

Celtic V Rangers is a huge fixture, whatever the competition. The Old Firm giants will clash in the Scottish Cup semi finals next month, with the winner facing Hibernian or Aberdeen in the final. 

Celtic have dominated Scottish football this season, holding a twenty seven point lead in Scottish Premiership, beating Rangers in all three of their meetings so far this campaign. Anything can happen in a derby match though, and with the opportunity to win silverware, Rangers will be determined to reach the final, especially after having lost last year's final. 

We will get a preview of the semi final clash next Sunday, when Rangers travel to Celtic Park for what is sure to be a fiery Scottish Premiership tie.
