Maciej Zurawski has joined Greek club Larissa FC from Celtic after being informed that he had no future at the Scottish giants. The Polish striker is hoping for a fresh chance in the Greek divisions.

  • The 31-year-old found the net 30 times in 53 starts and 19 substitute appearances for the Bhoys, but has not started a game for Gordon Strachan's side since the goalless draw with Kilmarnock on the opening weekend of the season.

Zurawski moved to Celtic Park in the summer of 2005 from Wisla Krakow and finished his first season with the club as the joint-top scorer with John Hartson on 20 goals.
