World Player of the year Kaka and Brazil's teen sensation Pato are out of their friendly against Ireland in Dublin on Wenesday.

The AC Milan duo have suffered injuries that will keep them away from the friendly, reported Brazilian Football Federation in their website.



Kaka has suffered an injury on his left knee in the weekend clash in Serie A.



A twisted right ankle will keep Pato away from his International debut



The federation are yet to think about adding more players to the squad
