Pfister to stay with Cameroon

Pfister to stay with Cameroon

12 February 2008 - 13:45

Cameroon coach Otto Pfister has confirmed he will be staying as Cameroon boss for the World Cup despite missing out on glory in the African Cup of Nations.

  • Chelsea defender on his way to Leeds United?
  • Chelsea ready to hand Nicolas Jackson fresh chance
  • "I am going on holiday for three weeks and then we go on. We have friendly matches in the next month and then the World Cup qualifiers begin at the end of May,' Pfister said.

"I have to accept it, I cannot change it. Life goes on,' he said. 'The whole team was really down after the loss but after two, three hours everyone was laughing again.'
