Roma snap up Cicinho

Roma have completed the signing of Brazilian right back Cicinho from Real Madrid. The 27-year old has played for Botafogo, Sao Paulo and Atletico Mineiro and the fee mentioned could be as much as £7m.

At Real Madrid, Cicinho was very rarely a regular. Last year a serious right knee injury at the start of the season limited his appearances to seven matches for the campaign.
