Chelsea have appealed the red card given to midfielder Frank Lampard in their weekend Premiership match for his lunge on Luis Boa Morte.
Chelsea may have won by 4-0 but Lampard's disgraceful lunge will be remembered. Peter Walton sent off the England international immediately against his old club at Upton Park.
