Nacer Chadli has left West Bromwich Albion in a move to French giants Monaco in a transfer deal worth a reported 12 million euros, with a further possible 4 million euros in add-ons. The Belgian international had been an important part of his country's 3rd placed effort in the World Cup this summer.
Chadli had informed West Brom that he wanted to leave the club as soon as the World Cup had completed, telling his former side that he had no interest in playing in the Championship.
The former Tottenham Hotspur man has moved to Monaco on a deal worth a reported 100,000 euros per week and has signed a three year deal with the Ligue 1 club.
Chadli scored six goals in 36 league appearances for West Brom.
Chadli told Monaco's club website: 'I am very happy to join AS Monaco, a great French club that participates in the Champions League.
'The results of the last seasons prove the quality of the project and the ambition of the club.
'I will do everything to help AS Monaco achieve great things and achieve its goals.'
