Tottenham boss Juande Ramos has demanded that his side get back to winning form. Spurs were beaten 4-1 by Newcastle at the weekend; and the Spanish coach has insisted that the players start their return back to form.

  • Chelsea defender back in training ahead of Man Utd game
  • Chelsea keen on re-signing former graduate
  • Ramos said: “It wasn’t good enough and we all know that. It goes without saying we owe the fans better than that.

“It is important that the players perform with maximum intensity and concentration for the rest of the season.

“I’m happy with how the team have progressed and I do not want all that hard work to go to waste.

“We intend to focus with the squad on maintaining the kind of performances that we have come to expect at The Lane and which our supporters deserve.

"The coaches and the players are all professionals and we take pride in our performances.

“I have said all along that I am determined to win every one of our remaining games – every point counts and I am determined to finish as high up the league as possible.”
