Chelsea star Willian has hinted that he could remain in the Premier League next season amid the reported interest from Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal.
The Brazilian is contracted to the Blues until the end of the campaign and he could thereafter pursue a fresh challenge with the club reluctant to meet his demands for a three-year extension.
Speaking to ESPN, Willian has now confirmed that he would prefer to remain in the Premier League next term, having got used to the surroundings over the past six years.
"My desire is to stay in the Premier League, but I don’t rule out playing in other leagues, no. I’m going to play until the end of the season and see what happens. I’m very used to England," he told.
Willian has registered seven goals and six assists for the capital outfit this term. The 31-year-old winger has been a regular on the right side of the attack under head coach Frank Lampard.
