Manchester United are reportedly lining up a possible deal for Thomas Meunier whose contract with Paris Saint-Germain expires during the summer.
Meunier has been linked with a move to Old Trafford over the past couple of transfer windows but the club have not been able to strike a deal with the French champions.
According to Le Foot, the Red Devils are continuously keeping tabs on the Belgium international and they could make a contract offer when the current campaign concludes.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Diogo Dalot are the options available for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in the right-back spot and the former has been a regular starter in the Premier League.
As a result, there is no urgent need for another right-sided defender but Solskjaer may still prefer a move for Meunier, who is known for the attacking facet of his game.
The Belgian has bagged 13 goals and 21 assists for Paris Saint-Germain during his three-and-a-half seasons. He has been a regular for Belgium in this period with 35 caps.
