Manchester United midfielder unhappy with treatment

08 January 2021 - 20:41

Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek is reportedly unhappy with the way he has been treated by manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer this term.

  • Chelsea set Enzo Fernandez asking price
  • Brazilian winger wants to join Arsenal this summer
  • The Dutchman joined the side under much fanfare last summer, but he has yet to establish himself as a regular starter for the club.

Van de Beek has made 20 appearances this term, but he has managed only an average of 31 minutes per game in this period.

In the past four games, he has played just two minutes and Soccer News claims that he is unhappy and distraught by his current situation.

It is added that he is no longer prepared to give interviews while he continues to struggle for first-team action under Solskjaer.

Van de Beek could make a rare start for the Red Devils when they entertain Watford in the third round of the FA Cup tomorrow.

Solskjaer is likely to ring in the changes with United having to face Burnley and Liverpool in the league over a space of one week.
