Julio Ricardo Cruz has signed a new contract with Inter Milan until 2009. The player has been subject of interest from several sides, including some Dutch and English clubs.
"I am happy because I have just extended my contract with the club. I signed today but we agreed a new deal many months ago," said a delighted Cruz. The ex-Feyenoord man has moved ahead of Adriano in the pecking order in Inter's strike force.
