Ramon

Ramon is an outstanding Brazilian attacking midfielder who is currently plying his trade at Russian side CSKA Moscow. The player had started his career at Atletico Mineiro before Corinthians made a move for the talented youngster.

  • Many consider Ramon to be very similar to AC Milan midfielder Kaka in the way that he plays. Ramon enjoys to get into goalscoring positions from midfield, much like Kaka. Ramon is capable of also playing up front, and regularly played there in his time at Mineiro.



    Despite only being 19, Ramon has shown the maturity of somebody years his senior. After starring for the Atlético youth sides, the teenager has also established himself as an integral part of the Selecão youth sides, and gave a glowing account of himself during the South American under-17 Championships in Venezuela.



    Ramon has been signed to a lucrative 5 year contract at CSKA Moscow. CSKA are renowned for their South American scouting network and were keen to bring Ramon to the club in order to add to their Brazilian contingent. Daniel Carvalho, Vagner Love, Dudu and Jo are the four Brazilians currently at the club and all of them were successful in Russia.



    Ramon is a technically gifted player who enjoys playing with the ball at his feet, and is renowned for his excellent passing abilities.



    The player is very highly regarded in his homeland and at 19, is very likely to be a regular in the Brazilian national team in the future.



    CSKA will do well in keeping Ramon at the club if some larger European clubs come calling for his signature.
