Arsenal and Manchester United have been credited with an interest in signing Napoli midfielder Fabian Ruiz this summer.
The Spain international has been a mainstay for the Serie A outfit over the years, but he has just one year remaining on his existing contract.
His reluctance to pen a new deal should pave the way for his departure, and Calciomercato claims that Arsenal and United are keen.
The midfielder was valued at around £50 million in the past, but he could be available for just £25 milion in the upcoming transfer window.
