Kapo wants to stay at Brum

01 May 2008 - 22:55

Birmingham midfielder Olivier Kapo is hoping that he will be able to help his side secure Premiership safety and then he wishes to sign a new contract with the club as he is very happy.

  • Chelsea ready to pay €75m for Eduardo Camavinga
  • Chelsea planning move for Strasbourg striker Joaquin Panichelli

  • "I like the project that the gaffer had in mind," Kapo told the Birmingham Mail.

"I signed for three years for Birmingham and I want to stay here. I think next year we could have a very good team.

"I like it here. My family like Birmingham. For me, in my head, I am staying here.

"After three years, if Birmingham want me for one or two more years, then yes, why not?"
