Arsenal and Chelsea have been offered the chance to sign PSV Eindhoven midfielder Ibrahim Sangare this summer.

The Ivory Coast international was heavily linked with a Premier League move last summer but a transfer did not materialise.

Chelsea made an effort to sign him in the final days, but PSV had no plans of losing their midfielder, who had just signed a new deal.

However, he is likely to move on at the end of the campaign and 90min claim that Arsenal and Chelsea have been offered his services.

Sangare signed a new long-term contract with the Eredivisie giants last summer, but he retained the low release clause of €37 million.

It remains to be seen whether the London giants will go head-to-head for his signature when the transfer window reopens in a few months time.

Manchester United have also been credited with an interest in the 25-year-old but their main priority continues to remain Barcelona\'s Frenkie de Jong.
