Brazilian striker Amauri has ruled out a move to Spain, insisting he would prefer to remain in Serie A for next season. Real Madrid had been linked with the player, but Amauri is believed to wish to want to move to Juventus instead.
He said: "To play for a team like Real is an honour for any player, but I see myself playing in Italy rather than anywhere else in the future.
"I have been here for eight or nine years and grown a lot in this country, so playing for a big Italian team would be fantastic for me.
"I want to know what it is like to fight for a Scudetto and the Champions League. These are the things I want to experience."
