Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has confirmed a fresh injury blow ahead of the Premier League trip to Aston Villa on Sunday.
The Red Devils recently suffered a huge setback with Lisandro Martinez picking up a knee injury against West Ham United at home.
Martinez has been ruled out for at least eight weeks as a result, and the club have now suffered another blow with Wan-Bissaka doubtful.
The Englishman reported for training after a minor issue, but he had to drop out of the session, as per Ten Hag's comments earlier today.
He said: "Aaron Wan-Bissaka, today, was training. But then he dropped out. So I don’t know, in this moment, where he is and what is the diagnosis. Hopefully, he is not too bad."
Diogo Dalot has been Ten Hag's preferred right-back, but Wan-Bissaka got his fair share of playing time during the back end of last season.
At one stage, the ex-Palace man was the preferred choice in the role. The 25-year-old will be hoping to return to action as soon as possible.
Wan-Bissaka's current deal with the club expires in the summer of 2025 and as things stand, no talks have been held over a possible extension.
