Chelsea will need to pay at least €25 million to sign Flamengo striker Pedro during this summer's transfer window.
The Blues are likely to invest on a new centre-forward in the summer and it has been claimed that they are looking at Pedro.
The 26-year-old was in sensational form for the South American champions last term, scoring 35 goals from 61 appearances.
He has carried over the form with five goals from as many appearances and Flamengo are reluctant to lose him on the cheap.
The Serie A outfit are holding out for €25m amid Chelsea's interest. They won't accept anything less during the summer.
It is left to be seen whether the Blues will invest such a figure on the Brazilian who will be turning 27 in June this year.
He has no experience of playing in Europe other than a short and forgettable stint with Fiorentina with only four appearances.
Hence, he could be a risky signing for the Blues for that price.
