Manchester United have reportedly cooled their interest in signing Inter Milan defender Denzel Dumfries this summer.
The Netherlands international has been on the radar of the Red Devils over the last two years, but a deal has not materialised.
United made an enquiry for the right-back at the start of the year, but it is now claimed that they have decided to move on.
Dumfries will enter the final year of his contract this summer and the Nerazzurri have made the decision to sell him in the coming weeks.
United are no longer in the mix for his services, but he could still end up in the Premier League amid Aston Villa's interest.
The Nerazzurri are looking for at least €30m to part ways with the Dutchman, who has operated at right wing-back for them.
He has played as a right-back in the past for PSV Eindhoven and should have no problem in adapting to a defensive role again.
