Arsenal are very interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain winger Xavi Simons during the forthcoming transfer window.
The Gunners are aiming to strengthen their wide attacking department this summer and they have been monitoring multiple targets.
It is now reported by Sport that the north London giants are keen on landing the services of Simons and could compete with Bayern.
Simons is currently on loan with RB Leipzig where he has excelled with nine goals and 15 assists from 42 appearances in all competitions.
Leipzig are said to be keen on re-signing him on loan, but Paris Saint-Germain prefer a permanent sale during the summer.
Arsenal and Bayern are named as clubs capable of meeting the price. Barcelona are also admirers, but they have financial issues.
The Blaugrana can only afford an initial loan deal which Les Parisiens are reluctant to accept despite their good working relationship.
Les Parisiens currently value Simons at more than €60m, considering he is only 21 years of age and could become world-class in future.
