Ipswich Town manager Kieran McKenna is reluctant to accept the Chelsea job amid the uncertainty over Erik ten Hag's future at Manchester United.
The Red Devils will be facing Manchester City in the FA Cup final on Saturday. Irrespective of the outcome, it is claimed that Ten Hag could be dismissed from his position.
Amidst this, McKenna has apparently delayed the decision over his future. Chelsea have contacted him over their vacancy, but the 38-year-old is closely watching United's situation.
McKenna developed as a coach under the Red Devils for several years and he would be tempted to become their manager if the opportunity arises.
Aside from Chelsea, Brighton & Hove Albion are also in contact with the Ipswich boss. They are keen to find a successor for Roberto De Zerbi.
De Zerbi stepped down from his position at the end of last season. The Italian has also been linked with Chelsea and United over recent years.
